韩英教授2013—2017年在天津大学攻读材料成型及控制工程专业本科，2017—2021年在香港城市大学攻读机械工程专业博士学位。博士毕业后，先后赴美国宾夕法尼亚州立大学（2021—2024）和美国加州大学尔湾分校（2024—2025）从事博士后研究，于2025年4月正式加入天津大学，担任英才教授。Prof. Ying Han earned her B.S. in Materials Forming & Control Engineering from Tianjin University (2013–2017) and her Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from City University of Hong Kong (2017–2021). She then conducted postdoctoral research at Penn State University (2021–2024) and the University of California, Irvine (2024–2025), before formally joining Tianjin University as a Distinguished Professor in April 2025.
主要研究方向为原位电镜表征、微纳力学、新材料及异种材料连接、半导体集成封装。迄今发表SCI论文34篇，其中以第一作者身份在 Nature Communications、Matter、Advanced Materials 等顶级期刊发表12篇，单篇最高引用次数396次，入选ESI高被引论文。Her main research areas are in-situ TEM characterization, nanomechanics, novel and dissimilar material joining, and semiconductor packaging. She has published 34 SCI papers to date, including 12 as first author in top journals such as Nature Communications, Matter, and Advanced Materials, with a single paper cited up to 396 times and selected as an ESI Highly Cited Paper.
